Admission Procedure
Parents can visit the school office or contact us via phone to make an
initial
enquiry about the admission process. Interested candidates must fill out
the
Admission Enquiry Form
available at the school office or online.
After enquiry, parents will be provided with the Admission
Form.
The completed
form should be submitted to the school office along with the required
documents
before the specified deadline.
For Pre-KG and LKG admissions, there is an informal interaction between
the
child,
parents, and school staff. For higher classes, students may be required
to
attend a
short assessment to gauge their knowledge and skill level.
Once the admission is confirmed, parents will be notified. The admission
fee
and
other charges must be paid within the stipulated time to secure the
seat.
The first installment of the school fee must be paid at the time of
admission. All
payments can be made via cash, cheque, or online transfer as per the
school’s
policy.
Eligibility Criteria
Pre-KG
LKG
Children should be 4 years old by the 31st of March in the year of admission.
UKG
Children should be 5 years old by the 31st of March in the year of admission.
Grades I to VII
Admission for these grades is based on the student's academic performance in the previous class, interaction/interview, and the availability of seats.
Documents Required
Birth Certificate (Original and Copy)
A copy of the student’s birth certificate as proof of age.
Aadhar Card (Original and Copy)
Both the student’s and parents’ Aadhar cards are required for identity verification.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
For admissions in Grades I and above, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school is mandatory.
Previous Academic Records (For Grades I to VII)
Progress reports or marks sheets from the previous academic year.
Passport-size Photographs
Four recent passport-size photographs of the student and two each of the parents/guardians.
Documents Required
Address Proof (Original and Copy)
Any valid proof of address, such as a utility bill, voter ID, or rental agreement.
Medical Certificate
A medical certificate indicating the general health and fitness of the student.
Caste Certificate (If applicable)
For students applying under specific categories, a caste certificate (if applicable) is required.
ID Proof of Parents (Original and Copy)
Valid ID proof of parents or guardians (Aadhar card, passport, or driving license).
